BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy before booking an appointment to avoid any confusion or questions regarding the policy. To read our policy, please click here.

Make sure that you are signed up to receive alerts from our salon. A confirmation text and email will be sent four days before your appointment to give you enough time to reschedule if needed. Please make sure you confirm your appointment or let us know within the time frame if you need to reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.

For parking, there is street parking in the front of the building or there is a parking lot in the back of the building. You can enter our salon through the front or back door. 

If you are getting color, wash your hair 12-24 hours before your appointment. This will assure that your hair is clean but it will also allow the oils in your scalp to create enough of a protective barrier against any irritation or staining from the color.


WHEN COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please be mindful of what you wear to the salon. Our stylists are neat and efficient, but accidents can happen. You will always have a cape and a towel on, but clothing and shoes can be susceptible to getting color on them, so please dress accordingly.

Please try to avoid bringing extra guests to your appointment. We do understand sometimes it’s not possible to get childcare and that plans can change. As parents ourselves, we have nothing but respect for the parents in our salon, but we do work in an environment with scissors, chemicals and hot tools which pose a safety issue if children are left unattended.

If you are getting a color service, please make sure your hair is not wet when you arrive for your appointment. Most hair color is not designed to be applied to or processed on wet hair and the color can turn out less vibrant and not last as long. 

We are very visual, so if you are looking for a change or a specific color/cut please make sure you have inspiration pictures ready. Just always keep in mind that everyone’s hair is different and making a big change can be a process. Always book a consultation beforehand if you are looking for a big color change or correction.


AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

Before leaving the salon, pre-book your next appointment if you can. When you book before you leave the salon, you get first dibs on the day and time you would like your next appointment to be . It also makes scheduling easier when your stylist is present to ensure all services and timings are booked correctly.

Wait at least 48 hours to wash your hair after a color service. It can take up to three days for the cuticle to close and for the color to set. Washing your hair right after getting it colored can lift the color and make your hair look faded or dull. 

Make sure you ask your stylist about any product recommendations before leaving your appointment. You can leave with a PRO-scription card with all the products your stylist used or we can email you the products with a direct link to our online store so you can shop at your convenience.

Ask us if booking a gloss in between highlight appointments is right for you. If you feel like your hair starts getting a little brassy but you aren't ready for a highlight appointment just yet, doing a gloss in between appointments can help enhance the tone of your hair and cancel out any of the brass you are seeing.


MORE TO KNOW

We want each and every guest to feel happy and confident when leaving our salon. If you feel that there is anything that needs to be adjusted after your appointment, do not hesitate to let us know. We will do everything that we can to make it right, but we please ask that you let us know within 14 days of your original appointment. Our services are non-refundable.

Our stylists work the hours that they can that also aline with their home and family lives. We are all a team here and we all attend the same color/cutting classes. If you can not get an appointment with your original stylist, it is okay to book with someone else for the time being. We have everyones formulas saved and it is much easier to stay on your desired schedule if you see a different stylist every once in a while. We will never be offended if we see our client in another stylists chair.

When calling the salon, please make sure you leave a message with your full name, phone number and brief description of why you are calling. Our caller ID does not always show names/phone numbers on our call log, so without that information in the voicemail we cannot return missed calls.
